Tips and Trends Tuesday: Tissue Paper Pom Poms

I love these tissue paper pom poms.  They are so colorful and can add fun and class to any event.  I just did some for my daughter's birthday and was surprised about how easy they were to make.  Scroll down for the tutorial video!
